Lobster Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb cooked lobster meat

3 tbsp mayo

2 celery ribs finely diced

Zest of a lemon

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Around 2 tbsp chives

A few dashes hot sauce

4 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

4 brioche buns

Directions:

1) Drain lobster and pat it dry.

2) Combine all ingredients except the lobster and butter.

3) Toss the lobster in melted butter for around 2 minutes, and then add the lobster into the rest of the combined ingredients.

4) Place your filling into your prepared rolls.
