Mussels with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 lb mussels

1.5 cups heavy cream 

8 oz Gorgonzola

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste 

Parsley (optional) 

Sourdough for dipping

Directions:

  1. Slowly melt the butter, heavy cream, and Gorgonzola in a cast iron skillet. Add salt and pepper.

  2. Cook your mussels according to the package and add them into the melted sauce. Top with parsley and dip sourdough into sauce!
