Giada’s Farro & Kale Salad

I have been making this salad for years and it never gets old. It’s my go-to recipe and ends up making an appearance at every family event. I have added my own twists like adding pomegranate seeds instead of dried cherries, and adding grilled salmon on top. My aunt also gave me a dressing recipe of pomegranate molasses, lime juice, and olive oil which is a great alternative for the original!
