My Green Goddess Pasta Recipe

Recipe:

Blend:

1 packed cup chopped spinach or kale

1/2 cup basil

4 cloves garlic or 8 garlic scapes

4 sun dried tomatoes

1/3 cup parm

1/3 cup heavy cream 

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil 

1-2 spoons pasta water

Salt and pepper to taste 

Boil:

2 cups pasta

Instructions:

1) Pour cooked pasta into blended sauce

2) Plate and top with burrata or more parmesan, basil, salt and pepper
